Shipping costs are:

• FREE (for purchases over € 100) and
• 4€ (for purchases under € 100).

Shipments to Cyprus are made with ELTA COURIER COUPLING and have a charge of 8 €.

Delivery time is:

• 1-3 working days in Greece
• 3-5 working days in inaccessible areas.

 

Once you have completed your purchase & nbsp; Nehlys team prepares and immediate delivery of your order to ELTA COURIER COUPLERS, where they quickly and consistently deliver your order to your door.

The receipt will not be sent electronically, but will be included in the package of your order.

 

 

 

PRODUCT CHANGES / RETURNS

Changes and returns of products are made:

• within  14 working daysfrom the day you receive your parcel
• the change is made with products of equal or greater value
• return costs are borne solely by the consumer
• in discount products changes are not accepted.
• The product should be located at its initial condition (tabs/barcode) and packing. If it is found, after the quality control of the parcel that the above is not observed, the change will not be accepted.

In case of store error in sending the product or receiving a defective product, the shipping costs will be borne in full  our store.

In any case you must include in your package the completed  change form, in order to inform us about the way you want us to serve you.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of its completion by calling us at 26340 38617 or by e-mail atneilisconcept@gmail.com.

However, if the cancellation is made after the order has been sent, the return costs are borne by the consumer.
